Services Provided
We provide backlink building services, including but not limited to guest post outreach, niche edits, digital PR campaigns, broken link building, and resource page link placements. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are outlined in a separate service agreement, proposal, or invoice provided at the time of purchase.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals authorized to act on behalf of a business. By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to authorize link building work on the domain(s) provided.
Payments & Billing
Fees for services are outlined in your proposal or invoice and are due according to the agreed payment schedule. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on any account with outstanding, overdue payments. Prices are subject to change for future billing cycles, with advance notice provided to active clients.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because link building involves outreach work, research, and time invested regardless of final placement outcomes, payments for work already performed are generally non-refundable. Specific refund conditions, if any, will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Ongoing monthly plans may be cancelled with written notice as specified in your agreement; cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already in progress.
No Guaranteed Rankings
While we work to secure high-quality, relevant backlinks designed to improve your site’s authority and organic visibility, search engine rankings are influenced by many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, competitor activity, and your site’s own technical and content quality. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or timelines for results.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your website, target keywords, and goals, and to respond to reasonable requests (such as content approval or access needed to complete outreach) in a timely manner. Delays caused by lack of client response may affect project timelines.
Content & Link Ownership
Once a backlink or piece of content is published on a third-party website as part of our services, that content and its continued availability are subject to the policies of the hosting website, which is outside our control. We are not responsible for links or content later removed, altered, or taken down by a third-party publisher, though we will make reasonable efforts to secure durable, editorially-placed links.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to build links for websites engaged in illegal activity, adult content, or content that violates search engine guidelines in ways that could expose our outreach network or business to reputational or legal risk. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for such websites.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Editorials.link website, including text, graphics, logos, and reports, is the property of Editorials.link and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Editorials.link is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of rankings, traffic, or revenue.
